Mesogeo, Greek for “mediterranean”, is a garden design service and a nursery specializing in drought-tolerant, low maintenance, and deer-proof mediterranean zone plants, as well as hardy tropical varieties.

Our designs encompass not only current “Northwest Fusion” styles, but also Japanese, hard-core mediterranean, and many others, all suited to  requirements of clients with both new landscapes and those with existing ones in need of restoration. Design elements, such as pathways, rock walls, and water features are also part of our work.

We have recently moved into a new area of design:  sand plantings, particularly those on septic and bio-filter systems. We work regularly with one company, Glendon Bio-Filters.

We are set up to consult on designs via internet and we will be offering an expanding list of plants for sale on our Shopping Cart.
